Who Are We?

The Ku Sikia Project is a service which comes under the umbrella of Black Health Initiative (BHI). We provide free, confidential* and culturally appropriate counselling and therapeutic services to African, African Caribbean and Dual Heritage adults and young people aged 13+.

Our service is provided through one to one sessions or through group work, in a confidential setting, allowing  adults and young people an opportunity to understand themselves and what is happening around them.
