Ku Sikia Counselling Service for Adults

Ku Sikia Counselling Service for Adults is about giving you the time and space to talk about what is on your mind and preventing you from enjoying your life.  This time allows you to review and explore your current situation with someone who listens, reflects and respects you in a trusting environment.

Counselling can at times be an uncomfortable process as it requires you to be honest with yourself about issues you probably push to the back of your mind. However it can assist you in understanding your feelings and what is happening to you.

This may then allow you to see your problem or circumstances from a different perspective, giving you the opportunity to either change how you feel about a given situation, (e.g. identifying coping strategies), or to begin to make changes if you feel this is the right thing to do.
